SiteGround-WordPress Account vs WordPress Account?

I actually have a WordPress site through SiteGround but I’m having a lot of trouble logging it into the mobile app for WordPress or the mobile internet browser without going to the SiteGround website first. It keeps taking me to a separate account (victoriaanntamez) that I “made in October” – but that’s just when I tried to log it into my phone for the first time. But I’ve been working on my WordPress site through SiteGround since the beginning of the year.
Could you help me figure out what I’m doing wrong? How I can combine these account? Or what I need to check/ activate on my SiteGround account?

This forum is for sites hosted with wordpress.com
Your site using Siteground uses wordpress.org
One difference is that wordpress.com and wordpress.org use different software.
