sitemap generator problem

  I just created a new static site today and many times when I try to activate a plugin, I get this message at the top of my browser ABOVE my WP dashboard. Can anyone please tell me why this is happening? I see the plugin is now activated.

  If you are working with plugins then your blog is self-hosted and not hosted here at the wordpress.COM free hosting service. You need to inquire over at http://wordpress.ORG/support/ which is where self-hosted blogs are supported. We quite simply cannot answer your questions because we do not know.
