  My website/blog does not show up in google search of keywords on my pages. Using google webmaster tools, I tried to test the sitemap for site http://thelawofficeofkarenbower.wordpress.com/home/ and get an error message: Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead. I also tried to validate my site, and got more than 30 errors. Please help. Could it be a problem with this theme?

  Each WordPress.com site automatically generates a sitemap for you. Can you try this sitemap URL instead?

  Thanks for the suggestion. When I test that sitemap, I get an error message which says: “This URL is a duplicate of another URL in the sitemap. Please remove it and resubmit.”

  Is that message related to a specific URL in the sitemap, or is this Google answer when you submit your sitemap?
