sitemeter problems

after seven years of excellent service from sitemeter went haywire in the middle of June and now seems to have stopped working altogether. It does not show where people are accessing from e.g. locations etc. It does still count up the blog counter. Is this something I have done at my end or is this at the suppliers end? And I can’t really find out who to contact.
