Sites address change

Hey I have made a blunder and gave my blog’s address the same name as my existing web address. They are totally different subjects and I would like to change my blogs name. Is that possible or do I have to create another blog using a different name. If this has to happen how do I delete an existing blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When you say title do you mean really “title” or do you mean URL? URLs cannot be changed but tiles can be changed at any time here. > Settings > General > Title

Deleting a blog is forever. Once it’s gone the URL cannot be recycled and used again. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/
