Site’s appearance is corrupted on laptop
-
Hi, while my site looks fine on my PC and on my cell phone, on the laptop screen it looks corrupted. I use chrome in all three, and they all use the same WiFi. I cleared history, and it didn’t help. What can be the reason?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello @etiser
Can you please tell us which website you are referring to that shows up corrupted on your laptop screen?
If you are referring to etiseroussi.wordpress.com , I have just checked it and all seem fine to me. Can you please take a screenshot for us showing the corruption you see?
-
Hi,
Yes, this is the blog I refer to.
It looks perfectly OK on another PC, but not on the laptop.I don’t see here an option to attach screenshot. How do I do that?
Thanks

Hi again,
Apparently it’s a admin issue in my company. I’ll address them.
Thanks for your support.

Hi @etiser
You are welcome. Anyways, if you still want us to take a look on the appearance corruption you see please take a screenshot then upload the image to any images hosting service such as : https://imgur.com/upload and provide us with the direct link to your uploaded image.

Hello @etiser
I believe that you need to force refresh the website on your laptop. The issue you are facing is a browser cache matter. To force refresh your browser, click the following buttons according to what operating system you are using.
For Windows:
Ctrl+F5 or Crtl+Shift+RFor Mac:
Cmd+Shift+RPlease try and let us know if this solves your issue.

Hi,
Thanks for the advice.
I forced refresh and the issue wasn’t solved.
Earlier I cleared cache, with no results.
I tried to use IE instead of Chrome, but the site looks corrupted there as well. -
Hi @etiser
Let’s then try the solution listed in this website: (First answer)

When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question

I’m not sure why the phone and pc would both show the altered version. It’d make more sense if one or the other did, right?
Could you tell me which operating systems, browser, and version numbers are in use?
-
I mentioned in one of my previous comments that it’s a laptop that belongs to my workplace. I suspect now that this might be the issue. On my cell and on another PC the site looks as it should.
To your questions, I use Windows 10 and Chrome.
Thanks
