Sites are functioning as .org but says .com?

    Hey, everyone.

    So I have 2 sites, both self-hosted and with the ability to use plugins, etc. They act like .org sites. Yet, when I went to WP .org and tried to log into my second site (which I just created a few days ago), it said my email address (which I’ve ALWAYS used on WP) wasn’t listed/registered.

    So I went back to .com and can access my first (older) site but it still won’t let me get into my second site.

    I’m wondering….
    * Why are my sites saying they are .com when they are self-hosted, etc. (acting like .org sites)?
    * Why is wordpress.com recognizing both sites (they are both listed on the “My Sites” dashboard), but when I click on my second (new) site, it prompts me to log in again, and it doesn’t recognize my user email and password (same one I’ve ALWAYS used here).

    Any help would be amazing! Thank you.

    Actually, the site I need help with is http://www.artofauthenticliving.com — that’s my new one that won’t let me log in but shows up on my dashboard.

    http://www.janetteforeman.com is my older site that will let me log in.

    Both are functioning like .org but say they are .com

    Your sites were created using WordPress.org software and are hosted by Bluehost. However, the Jetpack plugin creates a connection between these sites and your WordPress.com account, meaning they can be managed through your account here.

    You will need to enter the username and password for the account you have on artofauthenticliving.com, rather than the login details for your WordPress.com account. Please contact Bluehost if you are unable to find that username and password, they should be able to help.
