  Hi there,

  It looks like the two sites you mention are self-hosted at DreamHost. Am I right that you are using Jetpack to access WordPress.com features and it isn’t working correctly? If that is the case, you may get better help by contacting Jetpack support using this form: https://jetpack.com/contact-support/
