Sites won't load

    When I click on my sites it just says “loading my sites…” but it never does. My hands are tied to do anything unless it loads my site dashboard.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    @thebrokedame – It looks like your domain brokedame.com is suspended at the moment because you haven’t verified your domain contact email address.

    I’ve triggered the verification email to be sent to you again to the email address on file with your WordPress.com account. The email has the subject line “Action required for domain activation.” and looks like this: screenshot https://d.pr/i/Vs9v4S

    Once you verify that, get back in touch so we can make sure your domain is unsuspended – that will likely fix the issue you’re seeing now.

    helper-heroponriki I did the email verification but I don’t think my accounts are unsuspended yet.

    I can confirm that the domain has been verified and is in good standing. It can take a few hours from the time you verify until it starts functioning again however.

    If I can ask, what are your plans for this domain? It can only be set as the address of your WordPress.com site (currently brokedamedotcom.wordpress.com) if you also have upgraded to one of our plan, which includes the ‘domain mapping’ connection you need to use it as your site address.

    The issue here is that this used to be possible when you had the WordPress.com Personal Plan under your account, but that has since expired and is no longer listed as an upgrade. Are you using brokedame.com with another provider? Or are you trying to change the address of your site from brokedamedotcom.wordpress.com to brokedame.com?

    Ok, you will need a paid plan, any paid plan, to set your custom domain as your site’s primary address: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/#set-a-primary-address
