size image widget

    I have sized the image in the 4 widgets on the sidebar 200×200 yet they display different sizes. How can I make them standard size?

    Hi!

    There are two issues here. First, the Image Widget tries to maintain the original aspect ratio of the image so it doesn’t appear distorted. Second, the image needs to be at least larger than 200×200 as uploaded.

    For example, here’s one of the images you have setup:

    That image is originally 298×193. So, at the start, it won’t work at 200×200 (since the height is only 193). The image is being scaled down to 200×130, which hits the same aspect ratio as 298×193 while still getting the width to 200.

    To fix this, can you try uploading a version that is either 200×200 by default or a larger version of that same aspect ratio (like 400×400)?
