  I am wandering if there is a method in HTML or other that I have just missed
  to increase the size of font?

  If you do not have CSS editing experience, and the paid CSS upgrade, your only option is to change the text size of a post by post basis: http://support.wordpress.com/editors/font-size-color/ .
