Size of custom header in penscratch

  Hi – my site is https://inktrapmag.wordpress.com – I’ve only just started working on it (pen scratch) but I’m having problems with the logo. I could have sworn that when I first put my logo up (937 px) it displayed at full size but it seems to have shrunk since then! Can you please tell me how to either make it full size (like the one shown below menu) or how to take the lines of the menu so that can just sit above the header and I’ll use that as the logo instead. Looking on the forum I think others have been having the same problem. Thanks.

  Hi there,

  The logo was always meant to be smaller than the header of your site, so if it was adjusted to be smaller then that would be the reason.

  I took a quick look at your site though and if you’d like to get rid of the border lines on your menu bar then you will just need to put the following CSS in to your site Customizer under Appearance >> Customizer >> CSS:

  .main-navigation {
      border-top: 0 solid #eee;
  }
  
  .site-header {
      border-bottom: 0 solid #eee;
  }

  Actually – sorry – that does present another problem.
  Could you tell me how to decrease the gap between the navigation menu and top of the screen? It looks a little large now that the ‘proper’ logo has gone.
  AND if there’s any way you could also tell me how to INCREASE the gap between the bottom of the (logo) header and the first post/sidebar – well, that would be even more amazing. Thanks.
