  What is the ideal size for my blog’s Featured image, please. Tks

  Oxygen is a retired theme. Retired themes no longer support the majority of new WordPress features.

  WordPress.com has a wide range of themes for you to choose from in the Theme Showcase where each theme has an about page that includes features and instructions.

  To view all 290 themes available, go to the Theme Showcase or My Sites → Themes menu option in your site’s dashboard.

  You can sort themes by clicking the links for Trending, Popular, and Newest at the top of the page, and you can filter those results for Free or Premium

  To know theme features like size of featured image, click on a theme and read the theme documentation provided in the left side of the screen. If you scroll till end you will see Quick Specs which will provide all the required measurements.
