Size of fonts and photos on the front page

  Hello. I created a blog two weeks ago and would like your help for my header and photo on my home page.

  I have chosen the theme ‘Suits’. The problem is that the font size in the header and the text immediately below is either too large or too small. My name is at the top at the moment and my book launch underneath. The top needs to be smaller and the bottom larger.

  Also, the image size in Suits can’t be made smaller. I don’t wish to crop the photograph. I have been able to insert a smaller image on a blog page, but again, there’s very little flexibility – you can only use large increments.

  Is there a straightforward answer or do I need to find a new free theme?

  We wordpress.com bloggers do not have access to the template files underlying our themes on wordpress.COM hosted blogs and cannot edit them. This is a multiuser blogging platform. All blogs wearing the same theme use the same underlying template found on the live demo site for each theme.

  Does Customize let me edit HTML?
  No. Customize allows you to edit fonts, colors, and CSS only. You can change the appearance of a theme, but not its HTML markup or PHP code. If you require this functionality, please consider moving your blog to a web host that supports theme code modifications.
