Size of photos on Parament (this blog)

  Hello WordPress, I just activated the Parament Theme on this blog (www.catbirdinamerica.wordpress.com) and I’m disappointed with the size of my pictures displayed on the blog. I found another blog that also has this theme: http://jnabryant.wordpress.com/. For some reason my pictures are not appearing as large on the screen as the other blogger’s pictures, yet we both have the same theme. I would like my pictures to appear larger on the blog, but I can’t find a way to make them appear the same size as PhotoSec’s pictures do. Can you please help?

  Hi Cathy,

  Are you still having the same issues? I just went and checked out your site and all of your photos appear to be filling the full width of your site (and are matching the general look of the jnabryant.wordpress.com site).

  If you’re still experiencing the same problems, let me know! I’ll be happy to run through how to change the display sizes of your images!

  Hi, I just looked at our two blogs and I see that PhotoSec’s photos are 5 1/2 inches across, while mine or 5 3/8″ (This is on my Apple MacBook Pro). I thought it was more of a difference, but once I measured, I see it’s only an eighth of an inch. This difference appears to be due to the fact that I have a caption on my pictures and he doesn’t, so his appear slightly larger. So I guess it’s okay; if I want them to appear slightly larger, I should leave out the caption! Thanks so much for your help anyway. :-)
