Size of Photos to be included in Post

Familiar with posting. First time the photos from the Media File are too large and do not fit into the post. What happened? Why the change? Can’t add the photos. HELP !!

Hi there – That’s unusual and sounds frustrating. We can try to help. I have a few questions:
1. Which website URL is this for?
2. Which post are you working on? And which photo are you trying to insert into the post?
3. When you are unable to insert the photo, do you see an error message? If so, what is the exact text of the error message?

The photos are the last 6 photos put into the Media file on 2/18
No error message.
I put one photo into the post and it was super-size. I use the Gallery Mode. First time happened.

Hi there,
I visited your draft post titled “2021 February – Chapter Meeting via Zoom” and I see that the image you added is coming in at the same width as the text (of the bog post) which is usually the default behaviour.
If you would like your image to be smaller, you can click on it (so you can edit the image block settings) and then on the right sidebar you will see there are some sizing options you can use to make the image smaller, or even specify an exact size in pixels.
This is difficult to explain in words, so I recorded a quick video to show you how to change the image size as well as center it in the text.
