Size of post box configuration is gone

  I was told in 2011 (https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/best-way-to-post-code-snippets?replies=6) that I could change the size of the edit box on wordpress.com by going to Settings-> Writing and changing it. However that setting is no longer there. I would like to increase the size of the edit box — I have a big monitor. Is there a way to do it?

  Too small an edit box makes meaningful edits quite challenging. I hope that this setting can be resurrected.

  When I go to the Writing Settings section of my blog now it has very few settings, and none of them are about the edit window.

  You can just grab the corner and drag it bigger if you’re using Firefox. I think it works in Chrome too.

  Perfect! It never occurred to me to try that. It works in IE 11 also.
