Sizes of images

  In the Preferences section one is given the chance to define the sizes of imported images. Does anyone with DePo three-column theme have recommendations on what the MAXIMUM WIDTH and MAXIMUM HEIGHT should be for the MEDIUM images and the LARGE images? (The settings for the thumbnail were in there already for some reason, and I guess that is ok.)

  I know that I can drag the edges of the image to make bigger or smaller, but it would save me trouble to know what the limitations are.
