Sizing images

  I used to be able to size imported images by clicking them and then grabbing a corner and working with the image. Now I click on the image after uploading and it just goes blue, and can’t be resized. What’s up with that?

  You can still resize them. When you click on them, in the upper left corner there will be an edit image icon (mountain looking icon) that appears. Click on that and in the window that opens, you can resize by percentage by clicking the numbers adjacent to the image. If you click on the “advanced settings” tab, you can actually change the size by width or height values. To keep the proportions, delete either the height or width number and then adjust the one that is left.

  Not quite as simple as dragging a corner, but the ability to resize is still there.

  Thanks! As I tried to untangle this problem, I did discover the tool you describe. But here’s what’s interesting.

  I was working using Google Chrome as my browser. When I went to IE8, the ability to actually drag and resize the image returned. Odd, I think, that different browsers work in this way.
