Skateboard Theme Latest Posts page retains theme content

So I just set up the Skatepark theme, and while I’m using a static landing page, I also want to set up a blog as a separate page using my Posts. However, the page cannot seem to be edited to remove the Skatepark theme’s default content, meaning I have to scroll through the pre-loaded headers and featured images before reaching the content that I’ve actually written.
Assuming that I can’t make any changes to the theme (I’m not using WordPress Pro, fyi), what would be the best way for me to make a blog page from scratch? Or is there any actual way to use the Latest Posts feature without showing the theme’s sample content?

I’m not sure I understand. I’ve seen your homepage, but you are referring to another page you set up on your site? I took a visit but did not see a page called “blog” or similar. Can you point out the page in question so we can take a closer look?

What you can do is create a blank page on your site, and then add the “Blog Posts Block” which is a block that allows you to create a feed of blog posts, with several layout options, including filtering the output to show only posts from a specific category: https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/blocks/blog-posts-block/
A blank page with only that block added should show just your blog posts and nothing else. If not let us know and we can take a closer look!

Hi, sorry, I took the Blog page down because of the issue. But basically I was trying to use WordPress’ Posts feature to have a blog on a separate page. I’ll try the blank page idea and report back. Thanks!

Alright, so I made the blank page, labeled it Blog, and added the Blog Post block, and it worked! Thanks for all your help.
