SKETCH: Adding text to Portfolio page

  Hi all,

  Can someone please tell me if it’s possible to add text (or a short description in my case) to the portfolio page in the free Sketch theme?
  If it’s possible, how to I do it??? I have tried but with no luck.

  Thank you, timethief….but unfortunately it’s not exactly what I’m looking for.

  I have no problem with adding text to individual portfolio ‘projects’, however not so with the portfolio page template (static first page on my site).
  It’s on this page which displays all my projects that I can’t seem to display any text.

  Maybe I’m missing something??

  The portfolio page template in Sketch doesn’t display text with each of the portfolio projects, beyond the project title itself.

  You can include some general text on the page, between the featured-content slider and your projects. To do that:
  – add the text to the editor of the page to which you’ve assigned the portfolio template
  – in the Customizer’s Theme panel, uncheck the box next to “Hide title and content on Portfolio Page Template” as seen here:
