One thing I just noticed on this post:
https://eleanortabone.wordpress.com/2014/04/25/iconic-australian-anzac-biscuits-2/
The recipe formatting is a little wonky – see how the border around the rectangle stops below the first sentence, instead of at the end of the recipt?
Can you try opening the post in the editor and changing the very last recipe shortcode from
[recipe]to
[/recipe]…to properly close the recipe.
Let me know how it goes.

1. Can you please explain further – “So there are lots of options. I’d definitely recommend putting the posts in the same category, though. That way if you make a portfolio item, you can display the posts from that category within the portfolio.”
Using the Display Posts shortcode, you can display posts from the same category to display them anywhere.

Dear kathrynwp,
Thank you for your response and thorough answers.
1. I created the subheadings – What do you think?
Before – https://eleanortabone.wordpress.com/2015/07/31/turkish-gozleme/
After? https://eleanortabone.wordpress.com/2014/01/09/fat-free-honey-soy-garlic-marinade-based-pork-loin-chops/?customize_changeset_uuid=e22eb9a4-036e-4722-9b5d-c04c0c65a31d
Is it possible to remove the gaps between ingredients and subheading without the writing changing?
2. I have added Captions however they aren’t visible in my recipe’s? e.g. https://eleanortabone.wordpress.com/2013/11/05/baked-stuffed-tomatoes/
3. Example of restaurant review – https://eleanortabone.wordpress.com/portfolio/southern-suburbs/?customize_changeset_uuid=e22eb9a4-036e-4722-9b5d-c04c0c65a31d. Example of book review – https://eleanortabone.wordpress.com/2016/06/19/blue/?customize_changeset_uuid=e22eb9a4-036e-4722-9b5d-c04c0c65a31d
4. Could you please tell which shortcode to use to Display Posts from the same category?Thank you
Regards

What do you think?
What suggestions can you make?
Really wish/is there a review shortcode?Regards

That said, I think it looks great!
I noticed one thing, though – you’ve repeated the opening recipe shortcode tag, so that’s why you’re getting a duplicate grey border.
You should remove this duplicate at the very top:
[recipe]4. Could you please tell which shortcode to use to Display Posts from the same category?
David gave you an example of this earlier:
Right now, I see that you have several posts in a category called Books.
If you wanted to display those posts inside of a portfolio project with the Display Posts shortcode, it could look something like this:
[display-posts category="books"] -
2. I have added Captions however they aren’t visible in my recipe’s? e.g. https://eleanortabone.wordpress.com/2013/11/05/baked-stuffed-tomatoes/
Images in the recipe shortcode do not use captions, they use something called the “description” attribute on the recipe shortcode. For example, in your shortcode:
[recipe title= "Baked Stuffed Tomatoes" servings="2" time="20 minutes" difficulty="Easy" image= "https://eleanortabone.files.wordpress.com/2017/04/untitled19.jpg" description= "A sprinkling of parsley and a drizzling of virgin oil my stuffed tomato pair nicely with steak."]The text that’s displayed below the image are: “A sprinkling of parsley and a drizzling of virgin oil my stuffed tomato pair nicely with steak.” This is the equivalent to a caption, so feel free to modify the text as you like.
There’s also a duplicate opening recipe tag on this page, you should remove this:
[recipe] -
3. Example of restaurant review – https://eleanortabone.wordpress.com/portfolio/southern-suburbs/?customize_changeset_uuid=e22eb9a4-036e-4722-9b5d-c04c0c65a31d. Example of book review – https://eleanortabone.wordpress.com/2016/06/19/blue
There isn’t a shortcode for “reviews.” You can use galleries or portfolios to display images in a consistent way. And I see you’ve done that here, and it looks good!

This thread is a month old and I think we’ve covered all your questions so far. I’m going to close it now, but feel free to start a new one if you need help with anything else.
It’s looking great so far!
