Sketch Theme – Activate 'Portfolio Page Template'

  Hi,

  I am extremely new to WordPress, and upon activating the Sketch theme was hoping to just follow the instructions and create a simple portfolio site.

  However, I can’t seem to get past the first of the instructions and activate the portfolio layout!

  The instructions for ‘Sketch’ read “Create or edit a page, and assign it to the Portfolio Page Template from the Page Attributes module”, however when I create a new page I am unable to see the ‘Portfolio Page Template’ option in the dropdown menu in Page Attributes?

  Now I may just be missing something really simple, do I create the dropdown myself in the Customize section, or is it an extra feature I need to download? Or is it that you can only access the simple, portfolio way of displaying content (as the Demo shows) if I upgrade?

  Hey there,

  The Sketch theme takes advantage of the Portfolio feature on WordPress.com, offering unique layouts and organization for your portfolio projects.

  You can get the ‘Portfolio’ feature that is present on the left side of the dashboard just before the ‘Plugins’ keyword on the dashboard. You can check the below link for more details on the same.
