sketch theme – how to pass "[portfolio include_types=homepage] to template page
-
I’m using the Sketch theme and attempting to put a portfolio page as my home page. However, I would like for only certain projects to be displayed there based on the “project type”. I can set this on a page created with the generic template by creating a blank page and adding [portfolio include_types=homepage], which is how my current homepage is being generated: http://www.kairoscollaborative.org/
However, project names and the page title/content still appear. If I create the page using the “portfolio template” provided with the theme, it displays all the projects and seems to ignore the presence of any type arguments on the page. An example of this appears here: http://www.kairoscollaborative.org/test3/ Looks great, but includes “projects” I don’t want on the home page.
Any advice?

Hi @toddaporter,
I’ve checked your website you needed help with, and it seems that your website is a self-hosted website, using WordPress.org instead of WordPress.com
This forum is only dedicated to supporting websites which are hosted on WordPress.COM only.

Todd, there is a dedicated Sketch theme support page at WordPress.org where you can post your questions on modifying Sketch.
