Sketch theme menu

  I want the sketch theme menu to look like the live demo version on my blog (where all the menu options are lined up horizontally on the header) instead of the general drop down menu I get on my blog (where once you click ‘menu’ on the top right corner all the menu options are revealed in a drop down). I am on a free plan and am struggling to figure out how to do this and any help would be appreciated.
