sketch theme portfolio template

    I am having a few problems with the Sketch theme when trying to use the portfolio template. I have followed the instructions, but have the following issues.
    1) The featured content slider – it appears but does not link through to the page when clicked on, it just remains on the home page.
    2) I have added a portfolio post with an image, it appears on the home page however it does not appear how the theme shows in its own example. It appears below a line with the share buttons and ‘home’ written above it, pushing it below the fold.
    3) I made my portfolio image to be the correct size for a square, however it alters the size of the image to include the name of the page underneath the image. Can i remove the name of the post so that only the image shows at it’s full aspect?
