Sketch Theme – Recent posts on home page

On the other pages there is the full logo – Tin Whistle Crafts. I can replace the small one (TWC with circle around it) with this one but it’s really small and then the same logo would show twice on the other pages.
I may not be able to alter this as it is obviously tied up with the portfolio page template.

Got it now. Thought you meant the small one. I’ll look into that now…on my test site.

So what you’re referring to as the large logo is actually the custom header image. In my tests, I was unable to display the site header image on the front page if I displayed a featured content slider. Disabling the slider results in the header image being displayed. I don’t know if you can display both on the front page.
So if you don’t need the slider, just disable it by removing the featured content tag at Customize > Featured Content > Tag name.
If you decide that you’d like to try to display both, then add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic to call for staff attention. It might be possible, but it would probably require Custom CSS.

Thanks. I disabled the slider and the logo shows. Yeah I thought it might need some CSS customisation but okay with how it looks now. Thanks again for sorting this for me. I am much happier now.

Whatever we have done has fixed the initial problem I had with the static front page to be recent posts. I had noticed that the portfolio page didn’t have the sidebar so I changed the front page settings back to recent posts and it WORKED! I have left the display posts tag in the portfolio page as its a quick way for people to navigate back to a specific blog. Just got to take that pesky bullet out and I’ll stop fiddling with it. Ha ha.
