skewed thumbnails

  Hello,

  Every now and then the thumbnails of some of my gallery images get skewed (it tries to fit the whole rectangular image into the square thumbnail). However sometimes it fixes itself after updating the page a few times but then it might come back again randomly. It’s a bit annoying that I can’t trust that my galleries will look professional when I share them. Is this a common bug or is it something I’m doing wrong?

  Thanks for getting in touch. This is a known issue that our developers are working on.

  Does force refreshing the page correct the images?

  Thanks for your reply – yes sometimes it does but I might have to refresh several times before it happens.

  I know this isn’t ideal. We are working on the cause and I’ll post an update for you once I have more information.
