Skip to content and broken page

Hi there, recently I created this website for a client, using EasyWP from namecheap, and Elementor and the Hello theme. It seemed to be fine but my client and his clients would get a broken page or blank page with a “skip to content” link at the top that would take them to the homepage if they clicked it. I uninstalled plugins and tested them to see if it was a plugin conflict but it still happens. I also changed themes and it still happens. It seems to go away if you click the link or refresh your browers but then will come back some time later. Can someone please help? Thanks.

Hi! The site isn’t hosted here on our services, but I took a quick look and noticed several parts of the page aren’t loading properly. Please work with your host to ensure the site URL is correct and works with the SSL: https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/
