    Hello, I would like to make my online store through your website, but to start creating this store I need a premium plan. Is it possible for me to do my website first and buy a plan before publishing it? The reason I don’t want to buy a plan before finishing the site is because I don’t know on which service will it be easier for me to finish the site.

    Hi there,

    You can, of course, build your site with the free plan and upgrade later, however, you will not be able to use all the tools. To sell items or services on WordPress.com you would need plan Premium or Business (if you’d like to use WooCommerce).

    Remember that you can purchase any plan you’d like to try and, if you’re not happy, you can cancel and obtain a refund within the first 30 days.
    The only exception would be if you register a custom domain, then you could only opt for a full refund during the first 96 hours. After that time, we would refund the cost of the plan minus the cost of the domain.
