Skylark: redirect images in categories boxes at the bottom of showcase template

  • Unknown's avatar

Hi: I am working with the Skylark theme to create a website, not really a blog. I have set up custom images down at the bottom of the home page using the Skylark Showcase template but I would like people to be able to click on them and be taken to a certain page rather than the post page. This means my home page images would have to link to a Page not a Post. Is this possible?
    Thanks in advance

  • Hi there – Themes here pull from posts rather than static pages, so there isn’t a way to do this. However, you can use a Custom Menu to link to posts rather than pages (by using a custom link or setting up category pages): Custom Menus

You can also disable all comments on posts, so they appear more like static pages:
    Enable and Disable Comments
