I want the following page removed and then the account closed.
This user posts hateful, defamatory and inaccurate information about myself as well as other people and even products? If this is not complied with I will take this evidence in form of a legal document and submit my it to court. Many thanks.

libel is written defamationWinning a defamation case is not easily done as one has to prove malice and must also identify, detail and substantiate beyond reasonable doubt every alleged financial loss (damages) suffered in dollars and sense. Such actions can commonly take between 3 – 7 years to get through the courts in the USA and even if your prove your case the lion’s share of financial award goes to lawyers.
Hopefully you understand that we Volunteers are not in a position to assist beyond what auxclass has posted.
