Slide bar

    I want to add a summary slide board and don’t know how to do it
    Please can you help ?

    Basically, I want people to be able to see a tool bar to the right with the titles of my blogs to date that they can then click on to and view. I have tried following instructions but cannot get me head around the instructions. Thank you.
