Slide show javascript error

    Three weeks ago, the slideshow on my blog suddenly stopped working and showed an error message that said, “this slideshow needs javascript.” I have spent three weeks going in circles with a WordPress tech support rep who first told me there was no problem, then that she had referred it to developers and now told me that she referred it to the theme authors. In fact, I had contacted the theme authors first who said it is a WordPress problem and sent me back to WordPress. I still don’t know what the problem is and can’t seem to get tech support from WordPress. Any ideas of how to get my website working again? WordPress won’t/can’t help and I don’t have a working landing page in the meantime. How does one get tech support from WordPress.com?
