Slide Show not showing all images

  I have 2 pages of photos, one with 7 images, and the Slide Show inserted above them. It pans through all the 7 images. My other page has 6 images, but only show, and they are not the first 3…the first two, and then the show skips two and shows the 4th one. These photos all have captions…does that make a difference?

  Uh, oh…typo: I meant to say the second page of 6 only shows 3 images in the Slide Show.

  The other three images were probably already in your media library. The WP slideshow displays all the images attached to a page; that is, all the images uploaded from your computer to your blog via the Add Media button of that page.

  Thanks. Looks like I should delete all images and re insert them and then add slide show again. But I can add them from the Media Library since they are there now, correct?

  The slideshow doesn’t display the images you have inserted in a page, it displays the images you have uploaded via that page.

  So, all you need to do is upload the three missing images from your computer to your blog via the Add Media button of that page. You don’t need to delete and re-insert the images, and you don’t need to add the slideshow again, but you cannot add them from your media library.
