    I have Chronicle. I’m an artist and I use a lot of graphics in presenting my text. This has worked out fine (in my banners, as well). I have created a “Page” and loaded it with my political cartoons, that remain hidden, but which can be clicked on (and revealed) from the top bar next to About/Bio.
    I have tried over and over for several days to create a “Slider,” directly under the banners (as featured in the Chronicle theme demo) that would hold three small crops of my cartoons, that could also be clicked on. I won’t describe my previous failures.

    The last thing I did was this:
    Add new post
    Media
    Select image
    Insert into post
    Publish
    Go to all posts
    Quick edit and tag the cartoon name
    Change date to June
    Update
    Appearance-customize-featured content – enter name of cartoon
    Save
    All posts & Edit
    Select image & set featured image
    Update

    It didn’t work. One would show up, but each time I added a new image it pushed out the other, so that only one image appeared at a time, instead of the way a group appears side by side in the Chronicle demo. And the image that appeared was a bit murky. Also, they all appeared in a column below to the right, just as murky, under “Uncategorized.” Why not “Cartoons? I went back and re-tagged all the three cartoon posts as “Cartoons,” instead of individual tags. I also created a “Cartoon” category. Nothing has worked. After several days of this I still have no slider. Feeling dumber than dumb I will be eternally grateful if someone can show me the step-by-step method to create a Slider directly under the banners as it is shown in the demo. Thanks

    Thanks. I first went to premium support and clicked Chronicle and submitted what I submitted to your forum and nothing showed up. I tried several times and failed each time. Must be bad Karma. But I’ll try your links.
