Slider
-
Hi,
I am hoping someone will be able to help. I currently manage a website (atkinsthomson.com) and I am trying to add new pages to the slider menu on our home page.
With the exception of Data Protection and Cyber Privacy all previous pages have been written by a developer and it looks like a services meta menu has been created for each page where you can include the image. At the moment if I go onto the home page (via dashboard) I can link the page but it only displays the name of the page, not the image on the slider.
The menu appears to be called Slider but I have been unable to locate the menu anywhere in the template.
Thanks

Hi Wendy!
I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.

Hi there,
Many thanks for coming back to me.
I have now managed to work out the problem which is great. I activated a plug in called Duplicate Page and copied over a previous page where the menu was visible and it has worked a treat.
Best wishes
Wendy
