  Hi! On my site I have a slider on the homepage. I would like to add a transparency to the pictures only in the slider – without affecting the pictures on the correspondent pages. How could I do that? Many thanks, Rose

  Hi Rose, originally there is a background color set and then an opacity. This overlays the image. This is what is there right now.

  #featured-content .featured-slide .entry-thumb {
      opacity: 0.9;
  }
  #featured-content .featured-slide {
      background: #000;
  }

  I’m not entirely sure I understand what you are wanting. Do you want the images themselves to have a transparency to them?
