Hello,
On the main page of my site, the slider has been extended vertically down the page. I haven’t edited the CSS and this has happened at some point in the last day. Is there an update happening that has caused this? Please help resolve.Thanks.

If your blog is not displaying like the live demo site here https://broadsheetdemo.wordpress.com/ and you have not done any CSS editing re: the post slider please be patient while waiting for Staff help.

I have done CSS editing, but not for over a week. This problem occurred today and wasn’t due to CSS editing.

That’s good to know but not to worry. Staff will help as soon as they answer the threads that were tagged prior to me tagging this one.

Hi there, the following CSS rule is what is causing the issue on your slider on the main page. Either remove this rule, or instead of height use max-height in the declaration.
.primary-content .primary-wrapper .item a.thumbnail, .primary-content .primary-wrapper { height: 455px; } -
Okay. It seems peculiar that this CSS always has worked previously though. I’m having trouble keeping that description bar even on the bottom of the slider. It is variable at different zoom levels in the browser. Is there a way to lock it in on the bottom of the slider?
