Slider not showing up

  Hello WordPress team,

  I have tried contacting the Lyra Theme group and have not been successful. It is about to be a month now and I was hoping you could please help me out. I bought the Elara Pro theme and have not been able to add the banner slide on the home page. Would you be able to assist me with that?

  You are posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We are only able to help with the themes we offer at WordPress.com/themes. We don’t have any control over themes made by other theme shops, or over those theme shops themselves, as those are completely separate companies from us.

  If this is a premium theme, the only people who can help you is the theme shop who made that theme, and where you bought it.
