Slider Problem

  I have a slider on the homepage of my website and it has been working properly for the past 5 months or so. Within the past week, it has been acting up.

  The problem: I have 5 slides that are displayed and I have it setup so that each slide is shown for 7 seconds. After about a minute or so, the slides just start going haywire and shuffle back and forth like a deck of cards.

  I disabled some of the new plugins I added thinking that might have done something to it, but my slider is still acting up. How do I diagnose and fix the problem?
