Slider resize?

Hi, Just wondering if its possible to change the size of the slider. Its a bit larger than I was hoping. The theme has everything else I want but I do wish I could make the slider about half the size.

It could be, but the problem is how to get it to integrate visually with the rest of the site. Right now it is the same width as the content area below and the feature sidebar at the right of it aligns with the main sidebar below.
You could tighten up the vertical space in the featured title area, and you could make the text excerpt a smaller font size and reduce some height there, but then the widgets in the feature widget area become the height factor and they either have to be reworked to tighten spacing, or some of them removed.
I can see this as a rock slide where everything you do requires you to do something else until you have pretty much changed everything.
All of the above though would require the Custom Design Upgrade and some heavy tweaking of the CSS.
