  Is there slider widgets that rotate through images? I am looking for this option on my WordPress.com site not .org site.

  Do you mean sliders for posts with images, or a slideshow for images or a widget to put in the sirebar that will rotate small images?

  You can check the links I’m giving in the reply I linked to and see how each slideshow works.

  Possible alternative: you can create an animated GIF in the right dimensions, and upload and insert that GIF.
