  I am very,very new to WordPress and I have at least four books that I checked out of the library. None of them mention Slides. Are Slides something new to WordPress? Our web host really introduce us the WordPress and he put up a slide when we decided we would use it. It now causes me problems because I created a Home Page, and have two Home pages in the menu, one of which points to what I believe is the slide he started us out with.???

  And yes, slideshows are quite new to WP generally. They’re really fashionable now.
