slideshare embed not working
-
Hi! My slideshare embeds are no longer working, and I’m guessing it’s a change since the last jetpack update. Instead of displaying my slideshows, they display ‘This file can not be displayed. Visit Inkd.in/eDbQmYK to learn how to view this file’ but that comes up as a domain for sale. Is this some kind of a hack?
Any idea what’s going on? Please help

http://ardenkirkland.com is NOT hosted by WordPress.COM and we cannot help you here. Our support doc do not apply to it and we cannot help you here as we provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG and need support for that site in the future and if you do not have a WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

Thanks! I will pursue this through wordpress.org, but my wordpress.org site uses the jet pack plugin which is activated through wordpress.com. I was simply responding to the support page for this feature which happens to be on wordpress.com.

Some JetPack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the JetPack support forum at WordPress.org
