  How do I get the slides in my slideshow to linger about 50% longer in duration before changing to the next slide? This is for one page only, my home page.

  Try looking in Appearance > Theme Options > Slideshow Transition Time.

  If that doesn’t work and nobody else provides an answer, I suggest posting your question in the forum specifically for the Photographer theme you’re using: https://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/photographer
