Slideshow caption position

  I’m trying to see if the caption for each photo in the slideshow in a recent post (http://walshmediainc.wordpress.com/2011/08/17/2011-speechtek-in-review/) can be under the photo so that it’s readable (instead of through the photo in at least one case). Any clues?

  Also, is there a way to edit the slideshow after inserting it into a post, or do I have to delete it, re-upload the photos & create another slideshow?
