slideshow gallery photos appearing in subscription e-mails

  I’m using gallery photos to insert a slideshow into our posts. Works great, except all the photos appear in our subscribers’ e-mail notification. Is there a way to limit it to just one photo?

  Currently the WP slideshow comes with no options at all. http://en.support.wordpress.com/slideshows/
