  I want to select images and choose a slideshow format. When I select images and number them, the only buttons available are Cancel or Insert. Your instruction suggest the option to Continue should appear which will lead to a layout drop down menu. I can’t find that layout drop down menu. Can anyone advise?

  Hi,

  If you’re using the Block Editor, you may have to switch to the Classic Editor to get the options that appear on WordPress Galleries and Slideshow page.

  If you see a question mark in a circle in the lower right corner you may be able to switch the editor and follow these steps:

  • Go to the post or page you want to edit
  • Click the question mark in the lower right corner
  • Click the Switch to Classic Editor Button

  Then you should be able to follow the steps from WordPress to make a slideshow.
