Slideshow menu not showing

  Hi, I have inserted a gallery post by adding a new post and tried the same adding a new page, however in all of the tutorials is shows a dropdown to choose the effect of the images ie, slideshow, tile etc. That option doesn’t appear on my pages any idea what U’m doinf wrong?

  I may have the same problem: Settings –> Media does not have any image carousel or similar options, and selecting an image in existing galleries just displays that image full size, no slideshow or carousel.
  As I read the docs, I should not need a plugin, but perhaps I am confused?

  Hi there,

  There isn’t a drop down menu for carousel. Once you create your gallery and click on one of the images in the post/page, it opens up the image in carousel view like the gallery on our support page.

  You have to go to Settings > Media under your wp-admin dashboard in order to see the settings to enable your carousel.
